Sonoton - son 154 - VA - Soft Moods
Descriptive, contemporary soft sounds and underscores for environment, nature, pastoral, exploration and romance.
Rip kindly provided by Vasco, in his pursuit of the tracks used in this documentary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xu1U5WDz9QA
As you can see from the comments to the video, most tracks have been identified, with the exception of the first one, I think.
The composers of this fine album include Jim Harbourg, Sammy Burdson, Mac Prindy, Rolf Steinfelder, Walt Rockman and Tony Tape.

ReplyDeleteSlightly offtopic here... in the main post there was a Youtube link of a Brazilian documentary with ID'ed tracks --
ReplyDeleteI wonder if someone could help us identify the musics in this video (a teletext programme from Hungary but the music is licensed from a library, possibly from Germany):

The tracks we're looking for in the above video are:
0:16 - 2:31 -- slow electronic funk
2:32 - 5:04 -- upbeat electronic funk w/ guitar solo
5:05 - 5:35 -- electronic funk w/ guitar solo
Thanks in advance!
LibraryCollectorHU, sorry I can't be of any help regarding the tracks in the clip. I've listened to them over and over, and especially enjoy the first track in the clip. Please notify me if you ever manage to id them!
DeleteMany thanks for trying - I'll write as soon as they get ID'ed... they're most likely Sonoton, and in that case, Sven Torstensson might be the closest in sound... thanks again!
DeleteAny possibility of a re-upload of this one ?
