  6. Huge thanks for yet another April Orchestra album I have never come across before and luckily (for me anyway) its one of the more 'electronic' releases...not the best eighties electronic album ever conceived but there a couple of "killer cuts" that make it essential.

As a side note, does anyone "get" the April Orchestra series? It seems very like the Astral Sounds series of albums; different artists, different styles, different labels and while there is no over-arching unifying theme, there is a strange continuity of 'difference' (and yep, I know how contradictory that sounds)...you can definitely draw the analog dots between this album and the Bernard Fevre/Milpatte and Roland Romanelli April Orchestra offerings to name but a couple....(and yes I know the first Milpatte album from 1982 is a re-release of Monseiuer Fevre's 2005 album from 1978 before anyone starts!)...

so if anyone can shed a light on the raison d'etre of the 'April Orchestra' series...answers on the back of a postcard..blah...

  7. Hi, Christo70, get Pape Satan via Soulseek, my username's ptrond. See you there :)

Hi, the saucer people. Thanks for you fine comments! I don't get the April Orchestra vision at all, it ranges from abstract experimental to utter cheese. Often interesting quality stuff imo, so I'll rip a couple and share em. Here are some unidentified snippets of what I believe are releases on April. I'd love to get this stuff, so shout out if you recognize them :)
